The Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall’s Music Information Centre has been the recipient of a number of prizes, commendations and acknowledgments.

2019.

The album Nikola Šubić Zrinski of Ivan pl. Zajc recorded by the Croatian Radio Television Choir and Symphony Orchestra after the sheet music of the Croatian Music Information Centre won a Porin prize in 2019 in the following categories: best performance of a piece of classical music, best recording of an album of classical music, and best production of an album of classical music (sheet music of the same name, Zagreb, CMIC, 2016).

2018.

The 2018 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society went to the Croatian Music Information Centre of the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall for the publication of the score and the piano reduction of the opera Love and Malice by Vatroslav Lisinski (Zagreb: CMIC, 2018).

The Croatian Music Information Centre received a letter of thanks from the Music Academy of Zagreb University for the valuable donation of new publications of Croatian authors to the library of the Music Academy of Zagreb University (November 29, 2018).

2017.

The Varaždin Baroque Evenings Ivan Lukačić Prize was awarded to Ennio Stipčević and Dario Poljak for the transcription of the Salmi Vespertini (1627) collection by Francesco Sponga Usper published by Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC 2017).

The 2017 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society went to Ennio Stipčević for the book Renaissance Music and Culture in Croatia published by Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2017).

The 2017 prize of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in the area of musical art was awarded  to Vjera Katalinić for the bilingual Croatian-English publication of the book The Sorkočevićes: Aristocratic Musicians from Dubrovnik published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2014).

2016.

The  2016 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to Vjera Katalinić for the bilingual Croatian-English publication of the book The Sorkočevićes: Aristocratic Musicians from Dubrovnik published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2014).

2009.

The 2008 prize of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in the area of musical art was awarded to Ennio Stipčević for the bilingual Croatian-English publication of the book Francesco Sponga-Usper published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2007).

2008.

The 2008 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to Ennio Stipčević for the bilingual Croatian-English publication of the book Ivan Lukačić published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2007).

2003.

2000.

The Vatroslav Lisinski Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to the Croatian Music Information Centre for contributions to Croatian music.

 

The 2000 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to Nikša Gligo for his book Sound – Sign – Music. Discussions on musical semiography published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 2000).

The 1999 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society went to Koraljka Kos for the bilingual Croatian-English publication of the book Dora Pejačević published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 1988).

1987.

The 1987 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to Nikša Gligo for the book Problems of New Music of the Twentieth Century: Theoretic Foundations and Criteria of Evaluation published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 1987).

1985.

The 1985 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was awarded to Nikša Gligo for the book Variances of the development continuity: composer Natko Devčić published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 1985).

1984.

The 1984 Josip Andreis Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society went to Eva Sedak for the book Josip Štolcer Slavinski as published by the Croatian Music Information Centre (Zagreb: CMIC, 1984).

1976.

The Vatroslav Lisinski Prize of the Croatian Composers’ Society was award to the Croatian Music Information Centre for continued work on the promotion of Croatian music.
